The case of Deputy Energy Minister Heilo: SSU publishes intercepted conversations of the defendants

SSU has published intercepted conversations of persons involved in a large-scale corruption scheme, in the organization of which Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Heilo is suspected.

According to the case materials, in exchange for a bribe of 500 thousand dollars, the official, using his powers, promised the heads of state enterprises of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin to freely transfer mining equipment from the mines of the frontline region of Donetsk region for use.

We are talking about unique and scarce equipment from one of the state coal companies located in the Pokrovsk direction, the SSU clarifies.
