Kuleba and Borrell discussed the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kursk region

On Tuesday, August 13, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba held a telephone conversation with the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell.

Kuleba wrote about this on X(Twitter).

According to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a conversation with Borrell, he focused on steps "aimed at expanding cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the area of arms production and supply."

"I also informed Josep about the details of Ukraine’s operation in the Kursk region," the minister added without giving details.

On our call, @JosepBorrellF and I focused on steps towards a scaling up of Ukraine-EU cooperation in manufacturing and delivery propaganda. And also promised Josep about details of Ukraine’s operation in the Kursk region.
