Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has again extended the sentence of the suspect in the Solskyi case
Supreme Anti-Corruption Court extended the term of the duties imposed on Yevhen Tozlovan until October 6. NABU and SAPO suspect him of involvement in the case of former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solskyi.
The HACC made this decision on August 6.
As is known, the anti-corruption court released Tozlovan on bail of UAH 908,400. He was also ordered to: arrive at every request; report every departure from Kyiv and the Kyiv region; report a change in his place of residence and work; refrain from communicating with other suspects in this criminal case and with witnesses of the circumstances set out in the written notice of suspicion and hand over his passport for safekeeping. The SAPO prosecutor asked to continue their actions.
"The petition is granted. Extend the term of the duties imposed on the suspect (Tozlovan, - Ed.) in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail to him for the term of the ruling. The term of the ruling is two months, until October 6, 2024 inclusive, but within the pre-trial investigation period," the decision says.
