During the night, the Air Defence Forces destroyed 27 enemy "shaheds"

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

On the night of September 6, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with one X-59 guided air missile and one X-31P anti-radar missile from the airspace of the Luhansk and Bryansk regions, and also deployed 44 Shahed-type attack UAVs (launch areas - Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Cape Chauda in the temporarily occupied Crimea).

To repel the air attack, aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defence Forces of Ukraine were deployed.

As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, as of 8:00, 27 attack UAVs were destroyed. Eight drones were lost on Ukrainian territory (probably fell under the influence of electronic warfare systems), one drone returned in the direction of the temporarily captured part of Donetsk region. Several more air targets (probably attack drones) are observed in the airspace in the north. Combat operations continue.
