Occupiers shelled the border area of Chernihiv region 16 times in 24 hours

"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy opened fire on the border of the Chernihiv region 16 times. A total of 73 explosions were recorded. Russian troops used artillery, mortars, MLRS and drones to attack populated areas," Chaus said.

The head of the RMA noted that as a result of the shelling in two villages of the Semenovskaya community, fires broke out in houses, and a village club and a farm were destroyed. A man and a woman received shrapnel wounds, and the police took the victims to the Semenivska hospital. According to doctors, their condition is currently stable, they are receiving all the necessary assistance.

The police of the Chernihiv region reported that as a result of the shelling of the village, a 55-year-old woman and a 67-year-old man were injured.
