SAPO has appealed to the court with a request to declare Deputy Odarchenko on the international wanted list

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office appeals to the High Anti-Corruption Court with a request to satisfy the petition to declare Member of Parliament Andriy Odarchenko internationally wanted and to recover 15 million UAH of his bail in favor of the state.

The relevant information was published by the press service of SAPO.

It is reported that the Member of Parliament, accused in the case of providing improper benefits to the former head of the State Agency for Restoration and Infrastructure Development Mustafa Nayyem, did not appear in the High Anti-Corruption Court on September 18, 2024, where his case is being considered.
