"Energoatom" has completed repairs ahead of schedule: all power units are operational

On October 9, the National Nuclear Energy Generating Company "Energoatom" completed the scheduled preventive maintenance of another power unit at one of the nuclear power plants (NPP) 11 days earlier than planned.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

Thus, according to the message, "Energoatom" successfully completed the 2024 repair campaign and prepared all 9 power units controlled by Ukraine for operation in the winter period.

"This year’s repair campaign had strategic significance. Throughout the summer, scheduled preventive maintenance was carried out earlier than planned, which additionally contributed to the improvement of electricity supply stability in the most critical moments for the energy system," the message states.
