In Kyiv, air defence forces neutralized 10 enemy UAVs

This was reported on Telegram by the Kyiv City Military Administration.

"The sixteenth air attack on Kyiv in October. Last night, the Russian army once again used UAVs. Enemy drones were launched from the southern and northeastern directions. The drones approached Kyiv in several waves," the statement said.

As noted by the KCMA, the air alert in the capital was declared three times from the evening of October 25 and throughout the night of October 26, lasting a total of 7 and a half hours.

The Defence Forces detected and neutralized up to 10 Russian attack drones (the exact number and type of drones will be announced by the Air Force).

As a result of the Russian attack, a girl was killed. Apartments from the 17th to the 21st floor were damaged in a multi-story residential building in the Solomyanskyi district. A fire broke out on the 20th floor in one of the apartments, where later rescuers found the body of the deceased.

More than 100 people were evacuated from the building in total. Six people were injured, and one person was hospitalized.
