In the Ministry of Defence, the use of a virtual artillery training ground was permitted

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has completed the codification and approved the use of a computer artillery range. Ukrainian programmers created it.

This was announced by the press service of the defence department on Friday, October 25th.

The algorithms of the computer program were developed taking into account the combat experience of Ukrainian artillerymen.

«A group of Ukrainian programmers created the complex as an auxiliary digital tool for conducting classes with combat crews of various types of artillery weapons», the press release states.

Thanks to the complex, it is possible to simulate the execution of fire tasks and analyze them. It is also possible to review the actions of each member of the combat crew and receive recommendations for correcting mistakes.

It is emphasized that the computer range has a compact size. All the equipment fits into a suitcase, which allows for setting up a training classroom in any premises or field conditions.
