The situation on the front: 142 combat clashes occurred

At the front line in Ukraine during Sunday, October 27, as of 22:00, 142 combat engagements of the Defence Forces warriors with Russian occupiers took place. The most tense situation remains in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions.

In addition, the Russian army is trying to advance actively in the Kupyansk, Lyman, and Vremivka directions, as stated in the frontline report published on the Telegram channel of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. At the same time, the occupiers are suffering significant losses on the battlefield, with the biggest losses recorded in the Pokrovsk direction.

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attacked twice near Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, the occupiers attempted 20 times to advance towards the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Kindrashivka, Synkivka, Kolisnykivka, Kruhlikivka, Lozova, Zahryzove, Pershotravneve, and Vyshneve. 17 attacks were repelled, the battles continue.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 15 times in the areas of Cherneshchyna, Novomykhailivka, Makiivka, Terny, Zarichne, Serebrianka, and Hryhorivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing, the rest have been stopped.

In the Kramatorsk direction, there were four combat engagements near Orikhovo-Vasylivka and Predtechyne.

In the Toretsk direction, the Defence Forces repelled five enemy attacks near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka, and New York.

In the Pokrovsk direction, there were 27 battles near the settlements of Myrolyubivka, Promin, Krutyi Yar, Vyshneve, and Selydove. The occupiers received a strong response from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the day, enemy losses amounted to 189 occupiers, 80 of whom were liquidated. One tank, three vehicles, and three artillery systems were destroyed, and four armored combat vehicles were damaged.

In the Kurakhove direction, the enemy attacked our positions 36 times in the area of Novoselidivka, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhivka, Maksymilianivka, Antonivka, Kurakhove, and Katerynivka. Ukrainian defenders repelled 32 attacks, and four combat engagements are ongoing.

In the Vremivka direction, five enemy attacks were repelled near Novoukrainka and Bohoyavlenka, and three more assaults are ongoing.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy made three unsuccessful assaults on the positions of Ukrainian warriors.
