Courts are already holding Ukrainians accountable for posting videos of forced mobilization
The Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa sentenced a man to 5 years in prison with a probation period of 1 year for posting a video on TikTok where military enlistment office workers conducted "mobilization activities."
He managed to avoid imprisonment through a plea deal and admission of guilt. His iPhone was also confiscated.
