In the Lviv region, a channel for illegal border crossing was eliminated

According to the border agency, the scheme was organized by an 18-year-old resident of the Rivne region. He offered clients, whom he found via the internet, a plan to cross the border in the Zakarpattia region outside of checkpoints. He priced his "services" at $10,000 - $15,000.

He was apprehended at the crime scene while receiving $10,500.

Law enforcement officers seized a mobile phone, bank cards, and cash from the criminal.

He was notified of suspicion of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 332 (Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
