Zelenskyy responded to the question of whether the Russian Federation transferred North Korean military personnel to Ukraine

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that three thousand military personnel from North Korea, including officers, are already preparing to fight against Ukraine on Russian territory. Additional "thousands" of North Koreans "are already on the way."

Zelenskyy made this statement in an interview with representatives of leading media from Northern European countries, which was published on October 30. In particular, he noted that some partners are skeptical about the information regarding the presence of North Korean military personnel on the battlefield.

"The information we have is a fact for us. I know that some partners are very skeptical about the presence of North Korean soldiers on the front line, but that’s their problem. We have a real problem," the president commented.

Zelenskyy added that more than one country is "operating against Ukraine" in the context of this war.

According to the head of state, three thousand soldiers and officers are already preparing to fight against the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"So, North Korean soldiers are already on Russian territory, already preparing for battle. Already three thousand soldiers with officers and generals. This is the information we have," Zelenskyy noted.
