In Kurakhivka in the Donetsk region, rear-guard battles are ongoing, and most of the town is already lost or will be lost soon.

This was reported by military journalist Bohdan Myroshnykov.

"After the loss of Hirnyk and Selydove, this is not surprising. I believe that the enemy will reach the northern shore of the Kurakhiv reservoir within one to two weeks. It might take a little more time, but that is not so important anymore. The key battles for this area have already been lost," noted Myroshnykov.
