The Ukrainian military explained why the village of Kurakhivka became a "gray zone"

Russian occupation forces are trying to exert pressure on Kruhlyakivka in the Kharkiv region. Intense fighting is currently taking place there.

Regarding the operational situation on the battlefield in the Kupyansk direction, serviceman Viktor Petrovych of the 77th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine spoke on air with KYIV24. He emphasized that it is currently difficult to say who controls this settlement, as it is considered a "gray zone".

"Russia is currently focusing on Kruhlyakivka. They are trying to exert pressure there," shared the soldier.

Fighting for the settlement continues. Russian forces had already entered there, but they were driven out. Now they are trying again to advance to positions.

"It is quite difficult to provide exact information about who currently controls Kruhlyakivka," noted the warrior.

The military summed up that the overall situation in this section of the front is quite challenging and dynamic.
