The occupiers struck a residential building in the Kharkiv region: three people were killed
On the evening of November 3rd, around 20:50, Russian forces carried out an airstrike on the village of Kivsharivka in the Kupyansk district of the Kharkiv region. As a result of the strike, a missile hit a five-story residential building.
This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to preliminary data, the bodies of three people, two women and one man, may be under the rubble. One person, a 71-year-old woman, was injured.
The Kupyansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region has launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Debris removal is ongoing at the scene, taking into account the security situation in the settlement.
