DeepState: In October, the occupiers seized the largest territory of Ukraine in a year of offensives
In October, the enemy seized about 490 sq. km of Ukrainian territory. This is the highest figure for 2024 and for the entire counteroffensive that has been ongoing since October 2023.
This is reported with reference to the publication of the DeepState project.
"The areas of lost territories are certainly important, but this is not the only parameter for assessing the effectiveness and capability of the troops. If in October 2022 the enemy was advancing with four full-fledged companies on Novomykhaylivka, now it is a very expensive undertaking for them," the report states.
Deep State notes that the key indicators are the capabilities of the military-industrial complex, the level of preparedness of the mobilized troops, the degree of mechanization, the availability of long-range strike capabilities, and most importantly, the rational use of human potential.
Meanwhile, the availability of a large amount of manpower allows the enemy to conduct regular rotations once every 1 or 2 months. "For us, the rotation of a brigade that has been on combat positions since February 24, 2022, can become a problem," added Deep State.
