In Zakarpattia, a tax evasion scheme during car registration was uncovered

Among the suspects are two managers of private car trading enterprises.

This was reported on the website of the National Police of Ukraine.

According to the investigation, the suspects entered false data into official databases regarding the technical condition and value of vehicles. This allowed sellers to reduce the payment amounts of personal income tax and military levy.

Police investigators informed the scheme participants of the suspicion under Art. 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In addition, two private entrepreneurs from Zakarpattia were served suspicions under Art. 361-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
