ARMA has sold the first seized paintings of the traitor Medvedchuk: nearly 320 thousand hryvnias have been raised

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) has successfully sold the first 16 paintings from the confiscated collection of state traitor Viktor Medvedchuk through the Prozorro.Sale system. The total amount received from the sale of these paintings amounted to almost 317 thousand hryvnias.

Earlier, a part of the collection consisting of 136 paintings was valued at nearly 4 million hryvnias.

The most expensive lot among the sold works was the painting "Village Landscape with a River Against the Background of Mountains," which was sold for 76 thousand hryvnias. All lots were sold through the Prozorro.Sale system in full compliance with procedures.

"All funds from the sale of Medvedchuk’s collection will be directed to the economy and the purchase of military bonds, that is, to directly support the defense capability of the state. It is fair when illegally acquired property of traitors and collaborators works for the state," said Olena Duma, head of ARMA.
