In the Kharkiv region, in the Kupyansk district on the left bank of the Oskil River, which is constantly subjected to shelling by Russian invaders, there are approximately two thousand residents.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to him, the Kupyansk direction is currently the hottest spot in the Kharkiv region, and throughout the day the Russian army randomly shelled streets and squares with GABs and MLRS to cause more casualties among civilians.
"In the Kupyansk district on the left bank, where continuous shelling occurs, about 2 thousand residents remain: in the Kurylivka, Petropavlivka, and Kupyansk communities," the message states.
Syniehubov emphasized that the evacuation of civilians is carried out daily.
"Under the coordination of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, 100-150 people arrive at the logistics center in Kharkiv. We provide financial, humanitarian, and legal assistance to each. All those in need are provided with temporary free housing," he noted.
