From December 1, the reservation rules are changing

This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov during the telethon broadcast.

To obtain "critical" status, a company must meet two mandatory criteria, and one additional criterion may be chosen:

• The first mandatory criterion is no outstanding tax debts;
• The second is that the average salary must be at least 2.5 times the minimum, or 20,000 UAH. The salary of each military liable employee the company reserves should also be no less than 20,000 UAH;
• The company’s manager chooses the third criterion independently.
