Currently, many employees of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) are being transferred to rear positions in the army, as reported by the deputy commander of the 68th brigade with the call sign Yavir.

"Now, by the way, the TRC staff has been reduced. Everyone with a driver’s license is being sent to work as drivers, and they are allowed to be partially fit. If a person has any technical skills, they can be directed to electronic warfare (EW) or UAV units. I started my service in the TRC myself because at that time, due to my health condition, they didn’t want to take me into a combat brigade. But I didn’t catch people. Together with my soldiers, I went to enterprises and organizations, met with people, and explained the situation. People are afraid not to fulfill the plan, because if they don’t, they start facing pressure from all sides," explains the military officer.
