Russians shelled a village in the Kupyansk district with MLRS, destroying an educational institution

This was reported by the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Synyehubov, on Facebook.

According to him, at 16:45, the Russians shelled Kutkivka with MLRS. The educational institution building was destroyed.

As Synyehubov noted, in the Kharkiv direction, Russian troops unsuccessfully attempted to assault Ukrainian unit positions six times in the areas of Hlyboke, Lyptsi, Starytsya, and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked Ukrainian fortifications 14 times, particularly in the areas of Zapadne, Pishchane, Lozova, and Zahryzove. Currently, three battles are ongoing.

The governor added that as a result of the intensified evacuation measures from the Kupyansk and Borivske directions, another 36 people have been evacuated.
