Strike on Zaporizhzhya: rescuers retrieved the body of the 11th victim, search and rescue operation completed

In Zaporizhzhya, the death toll from a missile strike by Russian forces has reached 11 people. Today, the body of a woman was recovered from the rubble of a destroyed building.

This was reported on Thursday by the head of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, on Telegram.

«Unfortunately, the death toll in Zaporizhzhya has increased to 11. Just now, rescuers extracted the body of a woman from the rubble of a building destroyed by an enemy strike on December 10. We held hope until the end, but unfortunately, a Russian missile claimed the lives of 11 residents of Zaporizhzhya»,  – Fedorov wrote.

The Prosecutor General’s Office reported that the search and rescue operation has been completed. A total of 11 people have died, and 22 people were injured, including a five-year-old girl.
