The Russian Federation shelled a settlement in the Chernihiv region: a 74-year-old man was killed

In the evening of December 17, the Russians opened fire again on the border Semenivka community of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district. As a result of the enemy shelling of a private house, a 74-year-old pensioner was killed.

This was reported by the police of the Chernihiv region.

Law enforcement officers collected evidence of another war crime committed by the invaders at the scene.

According to the head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, the Russians conducted artillery strikes on the city of Semenivka.

The police are investigating a criminal case regarding the shelling under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
