Casino Dragon Money is a "pyramid" with a Curacao license and an office in Kyiv

The Dragon Money Casino is mainly focused on residents of the post-Soviet space, although it is available in other countries as well. As always in such cases, it is difficult to access any information about what the casino really represents - the first pages of search results are filled with advertising.

There is no need to retell what the advertisements claim - advertising is meant to praise advantages and keep silent about disadvantages. The information that was found with great difficulty about Dragon Money Casino can be conditionally divided into two parts: official (documents, licenses, blockings, etc.) and player reviews.

Let’s start with the reviews. We must first discuss - reviews are subjective, they should be treated with a certain degree of skepticism and one should not believe either the openly laudatory or equally openly negative ones. Especially since, judging by the style of reviews, it is clear that bots praise Dragon Money Casino: the texts are similar in style and content. Negative reviews give a bit more understanding that something is wrong with Dragon Money’s activities, although to the casino’s credit, they do respond to these reviews and try to reply. However, it seems that the interaction stops there: nobody resolves the issue.

The screenshot above shows a player’s complaint that they had a prize of 1,200,000 rubles stolen. There is a response from the casino, but it boils down to the standard "we will investigate", even though the player describes the problem in detail, with all the details. The full text of the complaint and the casino’s response can be viewed here, and they are still available. However, the fact that the case is not isolated is confirmed by other reviews on the same site.

By the way, this is a Ukrainian review site, although access to the casino is officially blocked in Ukraine. However, this does not stop anyone - there are numerous mirrors that allow bypassing any bans. The fact that there are at least problems with Dragon Money is confirmed by another review from another site. This time, the "deception" is complained about not by players, but by partners, meaning those people who work with the casino on a partnership basis and bring players to Dragon Money, on whom the casino operates.

Let’s reiterate - the number of negative reviews is not very large - roughly within 30%, which is not that much for an online casino. However, it is still quite a number, making one wonder whether to trust your money with Dragon Money. Especially since it operates in the former USSR territories (as well as in Europe) illegally. In Russia, Dragon Money even entered the Central Bank’s list as a pyramid scheme, as stated directly on the website of the Bank of Russia. Here it also becomes clear why it is so difficult to find information about the casino - the Central Bank provides a list of Dragon Money addresses, which clutter the search engine results:

Against the backdrop of negative reviews, this is no longer just a warning sign, it is a clear indication that one should not engage with Dragon Money. But that’s not all. According to the main Dragon Money Casino website, it is registered in Curaçao and operates under its license. The owner of the casino is the company Dragon Money NV.

However, it is known that Dragon Money Casino was registered in 2012 in Costa Rica and operated under its license at least until 2021. The owner back then was the company International Business Systems S.R.L., and the website had the address drgn.win (currently inactive).

What happened to the Dragon Money Casino owned by International Business Systems S.R.L. from Costa Rica? And why did a casino with the same name and logo, almost the same address, suddenly appear in Curaçao after the first one disappeared? Moreover, in this context, another nuance should be considered - a review disguised as a legal analysis about the Costa Rican Dragon Money was written by a certain Yuriy Mosha, owner of the American agency "Second Passport," who received 10 months in prison in the U.S. last year for his fraudulent activities. Mosha’s fraud was unrelated to Dragon Money, but the recommendation of a fraudster to play at the casino seems rather dubious.

In summary, we have the following: negative reviews from players and partners of Dragon Money; a direct ban on activities in Ukraine and Russia; in Russia, Dragon Money is listed as an organization with pyramid scheme characteristics; the unclear history with the change of owner and jurisdiction - this only confirms the conclusion of the Bank of Russia about the "pyramid"; a laudatory article about the casino from a Russian fraudster who was imprisoned in America. In addition, consider that to play at Dragon Money Casino, in most cases, one would have to use "mirrors". However, this poses no problem:

And more about prohibitions and the absence of a license: as several publications have reported, Dragon Money has an office in Kyiv, where technical support is carried out. The organizer of this office, in which over 50 people work, is named as the deputy of the last convocation, Alexander Mirny.

So it doesn’t matter at all where the casino is registered: in Curaçao or Costa Rica. Or in Great Britain, where a company with the name Dragon Money was also registered until 2012. This doesn’t matter - the main office of this establishment is located in the center of Kyiv. And the entire pyramid is managed from there, having absolutely no legal status in this city and country. Do you want to gamble with an illegal establishment? Well then: the choice between playing or not playing at Dragon Money is entirely yours. Just don’t complain later. You have been warned.
