Russian missile strike on Kyiv: influencers reported on the devastating consequences of the attack
On the morning of December 20, the Russians once again showed their nature and struck Kyiv with ballistic missiles. As a result of falling debris, residential buildings were damaged, eleven people were injured, and one Ukrainian was killed.
The shelling that occurred in the morning hit the "blogger’s quarter" of the capital, where many local influencers live. On social media, internet celebrities showed the consequences of the terrorist actions of the aggressor country and shared their emotions.
Blogger Kateryna Moiseyenko posted footage that, unfortunately, vividly depicts modern Christmas in Ukraine. From the window of her apartment, where a decorated Christmas tree already stands, one could see bright flames and a column of smoke, which were consequences of the Russian shelling.

Mom-blogger Maryna Krasnoshchok showed her destroyed apartment. In the published photos, you can see broken windows, damaged furniture, and spoiled children’s toys. The woman admitted that she was most concerned about her daughter Regina’s life, as she was sleeping right in front of the shattered glass before the attack began.
"War, unfortunately, takes everything from you. I was most scared for Regina. She is in shock, tears, hysteria, and has cuts. You all can see, the home is in ruins. But, of course, we will rebuild everything. Being without windows in winter... Our lives, thank God, are safe," she wrote.

Darya Pazyuk’s store, known online as Baba Dasha, also sustained significant damage. The influencer reported that a fire broke out right next to her shop.

Another internet celebrity, Roman Svechkorenko, also experienced a horrific morning. He noted that the debris fell so close to his house that the windows were blown out. Oleksandr Zalis’ko also endured terrifying feelings. The influencer admitted that this morning was the loudest he had ever experienced while living in the capital.

The day Dasha Kvitkova also began on an unpleasant note. According to the blogger, due to the strong explosions, she had to grab her son and quickly run into the corridor. A fragment fell right next to the house of model Kateryna Lozovytska.
