Media: Searches conducted at the commander of the 211th brigade, preparing a new suspicion

According to the sources, the investigation believes that Poberezhniuk was aware of the acts of torture and inhumane treatment by officer Vladyslav Pastukhov but took no action and did not initiate any measures to bring him to justice.

For this, according to the sources, the brigade commander is being prepared for a charge under part 4 of article 426 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — inaction of military authority committed under martial law.

Poberezhnyuk already has one charge - abuse of power. He was arrested for involving servicemen in the construction of a house in the Khmelnytsky region. However, he was released on bail set at over 900 thousand hryvnias.
