Under the pretext of business trips, officials from the Ministry of Energy travel abroad for personal matters

Earlier, the media reported that the Ministry of Energy was abusing the state-granted privilege of reserving employees in the energy sector. For instance, a reservation was unjustifiably granted to one of the advisors to Minister Halushchenko.

However, this unscrupulous practice continues. The State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Serhiy Suyarko, has been appointed as the person responsible for adding employees to the reservation list. He holds the corrupt tool which he skillfully continues to use, reports "Informator".

Regarding Suyarko himself, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, he not only uses his authority to pressure businesses, but over the past two years, he has repeatedly visited France at state expense, under the guise of official business trips. However, according to Suyarko himself, he was actually visiting his wife, who resides there.

Let’s recall that the position of State Secretary has no relation to foreign economic or political actions on behalf of the state. This position is solely aimed at the functioning of the Ministry of Energy’s apparatus and ensuring compliance with civil service legislation. Nonetheless, it is likely that by fulfilling any orders from Minister Halushchenko, Suyarko secures himself an unimpeded exit abroad during martial law. It is likely that Suyarko belongs to particularly privileged individuals if, during a bloody war, he visits Europe at state expense.
