Ukrainian military struck a valuable radar station of the occupiers in the Belgorod region
The Ukrainian Defence Forces successfully carried out an attack on the positions of the anti-aircraft missile division of the 568th regiment of the Armed Forces of Russia. The radar station 92N6, a key element of the S-400 missile system, is now disabled.
The missile units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), along with other components of Ukraine’s Defence Forces, delivered precision strikes on military targets in Russia’s Belgorod region on January 16.
This was announced by the General Staff of the AFU on Facebook.
Ukrainian troops successfully attacked the positions of the anti-aircraft missile division of the 568th regiment of the Russian army. It is noted that the radar station 92N6 of the S-400 missile system is no longer operational.

The missiles of the AFU also destroyed the positions of the radar company of the radio-technical battalion of the 336th regiment of the Russian Armed Forces. Damage to military equipment and hardware has been confirmed.
The General Staff of the AFU did not publish photos or video materials to confirm the destruction of these targets.
In June of last year, the AFU carried out a similar attack on the Russian S-400 system in the Belgorod region. The operation involved GMLRS rockets with tungsten balls, according to analysts from Defence Express.
Such strikes are guaranteed to disable the radar station, and without it, the S-400 system cannot function. Experts call the 92N6 radar station the "heart" of the S-400 missile system.
