The number of injured in Zaporizhzhya as a result of the missile attack has increased to 10

This was reported in Telegram by the head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

«The number of injured has increased to 10. Eight people have been hospitalized - they are between 28 and 69 years old. A 48-year-old woman is in a serious condition», he noted.

Two injured individuals received medical assistance at the scene of the rocket strike.

Two other individuals are considered missing, as reported by the press service of the Main Department of the National Police in Zaporizhzhya region.

«Today, January 6, at 06:00, the occupiers launched two rocket strikes on one of the districts of the regional center. As a result of the shelling, eight citizens received injuries of varying severity, and two people are considered missing», law enforcement officials reported.

Fires broke out in the industrial facility that was hit by the shell, residential buildings, and vehicles nearby were damaged.

Police, rescuers, and municipal specialized services are working at the sites of the strikes. 

A reception point for claims and messages from citizens affected by the rocket attack has been organized.
