Air defence forces shot down two Russian X-59/69 missiles and 46 UAVs
The Ukrainian Defence Forces shot down two guided missiles X-59/69 and 46 drones.
This was reported in Telegram by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
From 19:00 on Friday, January 24, Russians attacked Ukraine with two guided missiles X-59/69 from the airspace over the Black Sea and 61 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of decoy drones from the directions of Orel, Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force, and the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

As of 09:30 on Saturday, January 25, the downing of two X-59/69 missiles and 46 Shahed-type strike UAVs and other types of drones has been confirmed in the regions of Odesa, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Kirovohrad.
15 enemy decoy drones were lost at their location (without negative consequences).
The downed enemy UAVs caused damage in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, and Khmelnytskyi regions. Buildings of enterprises, institutions, multi-storey, and private houses, as well as vehicles, were damaged. Special services are mitigating the aftermath, and assistance is being provided to those affected.
