Which Ukrainian banks have signed the Memorandum with limits on population payments

The Association of Ukrainian Banks presented a complete list of 44 banks that, as of January 27, 2025, signed the Memorandum on restrictions on payments by the population ranging from 50 to 150 thousand UAH/month, which comes into effect on February 1, 2025:

17. Idea Bank;

19. Bank «Alliance»;
20. Europrombank;
21. Bank «Clearing House»;
22. Polikombank;
23. Bank «Trust-Capital»;
24. Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
25. Oksi Bank;
26. First Investment Bank;
27. Agroprosperis Bank;
28. ProCredit Bank;

Two non-banking financial institutions also joined the agreement — LLC «NovaPay» and FC «EVO» (RozetkaPay).
