CCD: Fraudsters are massively sending out fake emails from "Diya"

The Center for Countering Disinformation informs about a new fraudulent scheme targeting Ukrainian users.

Fraudsters send fake emails supposedly from the "Diya" portal with an offer to receive an annual tax refund. In these emails, users are asked to follow a link and enter their personal information: mobile phone number, full name, as well as bank card details, including number, expiration date, and CVV code.

The Center for Countering Disinformation warns:

"Under no circumstances should you follow the links in such emails or enter your personal information. They can be used to access your bank account for further withdrawal of funds."
