The invaders are advancing from the direction of Velyka Novosilka

Russian troops continue their movement north of Velyka Novosilka, daily increasing pressure on the positions of Ukrainian forces. After capturing this settlement, the enemy focused on regrouping and accumulating resources, and now has reactivated the offensive in the Novopavlivka direction. This was reported on February 25 by the monitoring resource DeepState.

Russian troops exert the greatest pressure in the direction of Skudne and Burlatske. Over the past week, the enemy managed to fully occupy Novyi Komar and seize a significant part of Novoocherevate. Russian forces also closely approached Burlatske, using the opportunities for advancement, and continue to exert pressure on this section of the front.

 

According to analysts, the main goal of the Russians in this direction remains the settlement of Komar, through which the road to Bohatyr passes and generally important logistical routes of the Defence Forces in the Andriivka area.

The enemy is also trying to break through towards Rozdolne, but at this stage, their attacks remain unsuccessful. However, the continuation of active hostilities indicates the desire of the Russian Armed Forces to consolidate in the captured areas and create conditions for further advancement.

According to a report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled 11 Russian attacks. The occupation forces were most actively trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Konstantynopil, Novoocheretuvate, and Burlatske.

Offensive on Konstantynopil

According to cartographic data from DeepState, over the past week, units of the Russian Armed Forces advanced in the area of the settlement of Konstantynopil. The positions of the Defence Forces in Andriivka came under enemy attack, north of which the Russians are trying to expand the zone of fire control. South of Konstantynopil, enemy advancement from Ulakly has also been recorded.
