Meanwhile, a White House representative stated that the Trump administration is confident that negotiations to renew the mineral extraction agreement are "moving in the right direction."

According to the official, Trump, who plans to address issues of armed conflicts abroad, including the war between Ukraine and Russia, seeks to announce achievements in agreements regarding Ukrainian natural resources.
