The son of a former tax officer, Roman Kondratyuk, fled abroad to avoid mobilization
Co-founder and director of Senate agency Roman Kondratyuk, son of the former deputy head of the Western Interregional Department of the State Tax Service Serhiy Kondratyuk, left Ukraine and headed to the USA after the onset of the full-scale invasion to avoid mobilization.
This information became known from private sources.
Kondratyuk Jr., together with Serhiy Lesko, founded Senate agency (LLC “Senate Agency”) and several other LLCs in 2020 to promote themselves in the advertising market.
Roman Kondratyuk also helped his father hide property from the NACP.
The official did not declare that he actually resides in Lviv in an apartment of 57.8 sq. m, registered to Mariya Shpelyk. According to him, his son Roman Kondratyuk lived there without renting it officially.
However, in 2023, the official’s son received a salary from LLC "Senate Agency", where he himself was the director. The company’s office is located in Kyiv, while the official address of the apartment where he supposedly lived is in Lviv.
On September 29, 2023, Roman Kondratyuk issued a power of attorney to his father to manage all his property. And on October 13, he left for abroad and has not returned since.
Currently, Kondratyuk, along with his girlfriend Tetyana Hresyuk, is in the USA. He is of mobilization age, does not have any illnesses, consumes alcohol, engages in sports, buys expensive cars, and does not wish to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
