Zaluzhnyi: Ukraine’s losses in the war have reached a critical point

Former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhnyi stated that Ukraine’s losses in the war amount to 50,000 dead and more than 300,000 wounded. He emphasized that at this stage of the conflict, such numbers are critical for the country’s defence capability.

He said this during his speech at the Security and Defence Conference in London.

«Calculate what 50,000 out of 5.5 million people on record means. The result is zero because it is a critical point», – Zaluzhnyi noted.

Let us recall that Zaluzhnyi had previously repeatedly emphasized the necessity of reforming the mobilization system and adapting the Armed Forces of Ukraine to a prolonged war.
