Irpin City Council deputy Yevheniya Antonyuk was involved in a traffic accident in an undeclared "Mercedes"

The head of the department of culture, nationalities, and religions and a deputy of the Irpin City Council, Yevheniya Antonyuk, is using an undeclared car, which has already been involved in an accident with a victim.

This was learned by the media from court materials under Article 124 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the woman’s declaration.

In November, while driving a Mercedes-Benz ML 350 and approaching an unregulated pedestrian crossing, the woman failed to yield to a pedestrian, resulting in hitting her and causing light bodily injuries. Protocol AAD No. 791032 was drawn up against her. Yevheniya Antonyuk has not commented on the situation in any way.

The police are inadequately processing materials for the local court, which returns them for revision.

The court also summoned the person held administratively liable, the victim Horsha mentioned in the protocol, and the police officer who compiled the protocol to clarify these discrepancies. However, none of the participants, including the victim, appeared at the court hearing.

At the same time, the Mercedes-Benz ML 350 with which she hit a person is absent from her declaration. Her husband, Anatoliy Kalynka, has only a Mitsubishi Pajero II Standard 3.0 (2004) and an Opel Corsa (2008). Interestingly, Kalynka was previously an official of the Irpin City Council and a member of Nataliya Korolevska’s party "Ukraine – Forward!"
