In Kharkiv, employees of the TRC shot a civilian and kicked another

An incident occurred near the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (TRC) in Kharkiv, where personnel in balaclavas fired a gun and used physical force against civilians.

One of the men was kicked, while another was shot at during the conflict.

After an elderly man approached the scene, expressing outrage over the actions of the officers, the personnel began pushing him and using force. Despite this, the detainee managed to break free and escape the scene.

Law enforcement officers have now begun investigating the incident.
