Ukrainian military confirm the increase in Russian attacks in the south, which was reported in Russian public forums: "The situation is becoming increasingly alarming."

"The number of strikes is growing every day, and the number of assaults is increasing. In the Kherson direction, the enemy is beginning to become more active. Specifically, the situation is also complicating in the Zaporizhzhya, as well as in the Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions," reported Vladyslav Voloshyn, a representative of the Southern Defence Forces, during a telethon broadcast.

Earlier, Russian public forums reported on the intensification of Russian attacks near Orikhiv and the advancement into three villages west of the city.
