Journalists obtained recordings of Kyiv City Council deputies, Kyiv City State Administration officials, and other participants of an informal group dealing with land issues, which was reportedly oriented towards the so-called "overseer of Kyiv" Denys Komarnytskyi.

This is Volodymyr Bondarenko, the Secretary of the Kyiv City Council, who, according to NABU records, closely "collaborated" with Komarnytskyi’s team. He agreed with them on which issues should or should not be voted on during the sessions.

Colleagues decided to learn the official’s opinion on our investigation and convened a commission on regulations and ethics of the Kyiv City State Administration.

Besides questions and answers, the session decided to create a working group due to our investigations and NABU proceedings. This group will address whether the subjects violated the deputy’s ethics.
