Participated in the Kursk operation: Zelenskyy awarded the soldiers of the 82nd Bukovyna Brigade

The President of Ukraine – the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the 82nd Separate Air Assault Bukovyna Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During his working trip, the head of state thanked the paratroopers for their courage, resilience, and dedicated combat service. 

Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the significant role of the Bukovyna Air Assault Brigade in fulfilling combat missions on complicated front directions, particularly during operations in the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.

For demonstrated personal bravery and self-sacrifice during combat actions, six servicemen of the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade were awarded the Order of Courage, Third Class.
