A bill numbered 13155 has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, proposing to cancel the accrual of utility payments for destroyed or damaged housing during the war.

The initiator is Member of Parliament Pavlo Frolov from "Servant of the People."

The bill proposes that during martial law and for a year after its conclusion, there should be no charges for housing and utility services in cases where housing has become uninhabitable due to hostilities. Amendments have been made to several laws regulating the accrual of utility services and compensation for damaged property. It is also stipulated that the accrual of fees will be suspended based on the findings of commissioned inspection reports.
