The judge from the Lviv region, who was twice caught for bribery, has enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The sole judge of the Turka District Court, Luka Kril, was first caught taking a bribe in 2018 (he received part of the money in a bathroom), and a year later, he was caught again.

In both cases, the money was provided for closing a case, and the bribe amount did not exceed 1000 euros.

This year, the HCJ decided to dismiss Kril from his position as a judge. The case against him is being considered in the HACC, but due to his mobilization, the proceedings may be suspended. During this time, the judge will continue to receive funds from the state.
