The head of the MIA service center in Lviv declared cryptocurrency and a modest life

Vyacheslav Marchenko, the head of the territorial Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Lviv (No. 4641), declared his income and assets, indicating a modest lifestyle despite having a cryptocurrency portfolio.

According to his declaration, in 2024 he earned 551,000 UAH: 44,000 UAH from working at the Regional Service Center in the Kyiv region and 507,000 UAH from his current job in Lviv. However, Marchenko does not own any real estate and rents an apartment with an area of 58 sq. m in Lviv.

One car, a Mercedes E 220 (2016), is registered to another person — Valeriya Perfilova, but Marchenko only uses it.

What draws the most attention is Marchenko’s cryptocurrency portfolio, valued at 136,000 UAH. He owns Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP), Trust Wallet Token (TWT), and VeChain (VET) coins, which he acquired through the Binance platform back in 2022.

In addition, Marchenko has 300,000 UAH in cash, yet he only has 240 UAH in his bank account.
