The wife of an official from the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Zhovkva purchased trucks at a reduced price

The administrator of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 4650 in Zhovkva, Vasyl Kisil, noted that his wife purchased a fleet of trucks at a reduced price last year.

This became known to the media from his income declaration for 2024.

Vasyl Kisil is registered and resides in the city of Zhovkva in the Lviv region. His family consists of his wife Inna Stepanivna Kisil, two sons — Dmyan and Artem, and a daughter Emiliya. All family members are registered in the city of Rava-Ruska.

The family’s real estate appears rather modest. Vasyl owns a plot of land measuring 1,000 square meters in the village of Volya-Vysotska in the Lviv region, which he acquired in 2021. His wife Inna has another plot of the same size in Rava-Ruska, purchased in 2020, as well as a residential building there with an area of 187 sq. m, which she acquired in the same year. The value of none of these properties is indicated in the declaration, complicating the assessment of their real worth.

The family’s vehicle fleet raises more questions. All vehicles are registered under Inna Kisil, and most of them are trucks and trailers, which are likely used in her entrepreneurial activities. In 2023, she purchased a DAF XF 105.460 (2011) truck for 15,000 hryvnias and a SCHMITZ SKO 24L trailer. That same year, a VOLVO FH 42T (2011) truck for 15,000 hryvnias and a SCHWARZMUELLER KOST-3/E trailer were added to the fleet.

In 2024, Inna added three more units to the fleet: a DAF XF 105.460 (2012) truck for 12,000 hryvnias, a SCHMITZ SKO 24 semi-trailer, and a SCHWARZMUELLER KOST-3/E semi-trailer.

The only passenger car in the declaration is a Volkswagen Golf Plus (2010) for 210,000 hryvnias, purchased in 2023. It belongs to Iryna Kisil, who is not a family member, but Vasyl has the right to use this car.

It is worth noting that the declared value of the trucks appears suspiciously low for equipment of this type, which may indicate price underreporting.

The family’s financial status appears stable due to Inna’s significant income. For 2024, she earned 3.45 million hryvnias from entrepreneurial activities, likely related to the logistics business, considering the fleet of trucks.

In addition, Inna received 60,000 hryvnias in salary from KNP "Novoyarychiv District Hospital" and 93,000 hryvnias in social payments from the Department of Social Protection of the Population of Lviv Regional State Administration.

In comparison, Vasyl’s income from his work at the Regional Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs amounted to 410,000 hryvnias.

The family’s cash assets are mostly limited to cash. Vasyl has 8,000 dollars, and Inna has 12,000 euros.
