Additionally, for the lighting repair on Pryvokzalna Street in the Darnytskyi district, 4,833,111 hryvnias were allocated from the budget, 1,811,904 hryvnias were spent on updating the lighting near the DUSS № 10 on Ivana Mykolaychuka,3-A, and 2,304,272 hryvnias were allocated for the replacement of lighting and lamps with LED near DNZ № 559 on Florence Street, 7.

There are also tenders for lamp replacement at school №184 on Eduard Vilde, 5 costing 3,937,078 hryvnias and for street lighting repairs with lamp replacements to LED at DNZ №192 on Yaroslav Hasek Boulevard, 5 for 2,509,654 hryvnias.

All these tenders have already been completed. However, it is easy to find tenders where ME "Kyivmisksvitlo" is still actively receiving applications.

For example, the Kyiv ME plans to carry out major external lighting network repairs near the Pyrogov residential area during the war. Here, mercury and sodium luminaires are planned to be replaced with LED lamps.

Almost 11 million hryvnias are planned to be spent on this.

In the private sector already on Saperna Slobidka, street lighting is also planned to be repaired for almost 3 million hryvnias.

An interesting fact is that in each such tender for external lighting network repairs, ME "Kyivmisksvitlo" specifies as a main point the replacement of old sodium lamps with LED lamps.

However, simultaneously, they are announcing multi-million tenders for the procurement of thousands of these outdated lamps.

Journalists of the "Kyiv Vlada" resource noted that the winner of at least five tenders from ME "Kyivmisksvitlo" in the last few months has been "Vorskla Energies" LLC.

The director and beneficiary of which is Oleksandr Bezpalyi — the owner of several enterprises, among whose founders were also people from Russia.
