Bail has been posted for the former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Smyrnov

A bail of 18 million UAH was posted for the suspect, former deputy head of the Office of the President, Andriy Smyrnov, as an alternative to detention.

This was reported to the journalist of "Slovo i Dilo" by the head of the communications department of the High Anti-Corruption Court, Olesya Chemeris.

"A bail of 18 million UAH has been posted for the suspect, former deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine," she said.

He was assigned the following obligations: to appear upon each request; to notify of changes in place of residence and work; to refrain from contacting persons specified in the court’s ruling, and to surrender foreign passports for safekeeping.
