According to this information, from 6:00 on May 12 to 4:00 on May 13 UTC, the Russian Federation will temporarily close the airspace over parts of the Volgograd and Saratov regions, encompassing the Kapustin Yar range.

The restrictions are reported to be in effect from the ground to unlimited altitude, which is typical for ballistic missile tests.
